Eat Fish ! Not fish oil !

the evidence that fish oil does not any cardioprotective properties is mounting...
Although, lots of practicians believe that fish oil is good for the heart, the data say the opposite!

It looks like that the fact that fish having fish polar lipids (as opposed to fish oil that does NOT have any polar lipids) is the key to connect functional lipids and cardioprotection!

we have found some analogous results in fish (table 2, here) : fish polar lipids are many times more active than neutral omega-3 fatty acids!
