let's talk about sustainability

Have you thought about the power of food producers on pursuing sustainable practices?
Or how the retailing industry can dictate our likes and dislikes?

If you want to buy sth, but you can't find it in the high street, this is a problem.
But if you want sth, that it is on sale there, in a "nice" shop and tagged with all the health/environmental benefits, how can you resist?

It is rather simple to combine health claims with environmental messages.
Organic food producers can do this, in an easy way if they manage to see and sell the "whole picture".
