as a Food Scientist and a cook, I can not simply comprehend why a middle class family does NOT know that
1. home cooking is cheaper and
2. it produces food with higher nutritional value and better flavour...
Brainwashing and supermarket-"convenience" are more important than flavour and nutritional value?
