mercury alert

there are some rising concerns on the levels of mercury we consume...
according to this report,  we need to watch out if we eat fish, especially cod, tuna, swordfish, whitting, pike and hake! 

the only way to decrease the levels of mercury we eat is try to eat different to those fish...

sea bream...sea bass...salmon...are some alternatives, depending on your taste...and your budget.
